We are excited to host our first-ever Next Level Artistry Intensive Camp, a unique weekend dedicated to helping gymnasts develop the artistry, musicality, movement quality, and performance skills that elevate routines and make performances truly memorable.

This special event will feature an exceptional faculty of renowned choreographers, clinicians, and gymnastics professionals, including Julia Spivak of Ballet4Sports and Soomi Kim of GymKim Choreo.

Whether you are looking to deepen your dance training, strengthen your performance quality, or develop the artistry that sets great gymnasts apart, this intensive is designed to inspire athletes and coaches alike.

Julia Spivak is the founder of Ballet4Sports and an internationally acclaimed ballet and artistry specialist from Canada. An Olympic-level choreographer and clinician, Julia has worked with elite and Olympic gymnasts around the world, including Ellie Black, Katelyn Ohashi, Rose Woo, and Simone Rose.

Through her work, Julia helps athletes, clubs, and national federations elevate artistry, musicality, movement quality, and performance.

Julia will be making her first appearance in New York for this special event.

Soomi Kim is the founder of GymKim Choreo, a freelance choreographer, award-winning theater artist, and veteran gymnastics coach.

She has choreographed hundreds of floor routines for gyms throughout the region and is the creator of Creative Dance for Gymnasts, a program that blends dance, storytelling, and athletic performance.

Through her work, Soomi helps gymnasts move with greater confidence, intention, musicality, and expression.

Coaches are invited to join us for two specialized clinics designed to provide valuable insight into artistry, movement, technique, and performance development.

Explore the foundations of creating meaningful, expressive, and effective floor choreography for gymnastics.

Explore how ballet fundamentals can connect directly to gymnastics skills, movement quality, and performance.

Coaches who bring 5 or more gymnasts are welcome to stay and observe the corresponding Artistry Intensive Camp session free of charge.

Throughout the weekend, athletes will work on:

• Dance technique for gymnastics
• Beam and floor artistry
• Musicality and rhythm
• Performance quality and expression
• Confidence, presence, and presentation
• Creative choreography that makes routines memorable
